Procedure to apply with conditions:

1. The candidates serving in Government, Semi Government or Autonomous Institutions should route their applications Through Proper Channel.
2. The candidates having Foreign Degree / Certificate will provide Equivalency Certificate from HEC
   / IBCC, Islamabad.
3. The selected candidates will be governed by Rules / Regulations of the University of Swabi.
   Only short listed candidates will be called for Test / Interview University will not be held responsible for non or late receipt of Call Letters for Test / Interview.
4. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of position(s) depending upon the needs of its various Sections or not to fill any position.
5. Applicants should apply only on the prescribed Form, available at the University website www.uoswabi.edu.pk/downloads.
6. A Bank Draft or online deposit to Account No. 0323-204588555, United Bank Limited, Main Branch Swabi of Rs. 1,000/- for BPS-17 and Rs. 1,500/- for BPS-18 & above, in favour of Treasurer, University of Swabi is required. Original receipt of Bank Draft I Online Deposit with attested photocopies of all DMCs, Degrees’, Certificates, Experience Certificates, CNIC, research papers and one (1) recent passport size photograph must be attached with the Application Form.
7. No TA / DA will be allowed by the University.
8. CGPA less than 3.00/4.00 will be considered as Second division.
