University of Swabi Admission For BA/BSC Supplementary Examination

Application for BA/BSC supply examination 2014

The University of Swabi open admission for prescribed Examination Admission ba/ bsc supplementary-2014, Regular and Private Candidates for BA/BSC supplementary Examination-2014 are invited for admission, Admission Form available at all branches of United Bank Ltd. District Swabi. The examination admission forms complete in all respect should reach the Examinations Section of the University as per following schedule. Incomplete forms and the forms received after the required date shall not be accepted.

BA/BSC supplementary admission with normal date 25-11-2014 RS: 1430 PKR, after due date till 05-12-2014 is RS: 1530 PKR, with double fee till the date of 10-12-2014 is RS: 2860 PKR, with ripple fee till the date of 15-12-2014 is RS: 4290 PKR.

Procedure to apply

The candidate should attach following documents he admission form, Attested copy of DMC. (Failed subjects, three (03) attested copies of passport size recent photographs, Original Bank Receipt, One attested copy each of CNIC and Domicile Certificate.

Note: Examination Hall will be allotted on the basis of permanent address.
The examination fee can be deposited In A/C No 204588555 in prescribed branches of United Bank Ltd District Swabi.
